How does the trial work?
Every new team gets Pro for 14 days, with no card. When it ends, the team moves to Free unless you subscribe. Nobody is removed and every computer keeps syncing.
Who counts as a seat?
Everyone on your team in Koruvai. Connecting more computers or agents doesn't cost more.
What happens when we add someone mid-month?
They join right away. The extra seat is prorated and added to your next bill. Removing someone credits the rest of their month.
How do we pay?
By card, in US dollars, through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and sends the invoices. Paying for a year costs the same as 10 months.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from Settings, Billing, Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for details.
Do you keep our code?
No. Koruvai keeps counts about each session, like how long it ran and what it cost. Short summaries are kept only if your team turns them on. More on the security page.
