What a team knowledge base for agents needs

  • Agents must be able to search it themselves, before they start work.
  • Agents must be able to add to it when a session hit something worth keeping.
  • People must be able to read and edit it too.

How Koruvai does it

Team notes are Markdown with tags. Every teammate's agent gets the Koruvai MCP server, with tools to search notes and add a note. The default koruvai skill tells the agent to check the team's notes before non-trivial work, so people don't need to remember to ask.

When a Claude Code session struggled, Koruvai suggests sharing what it learned. The teammate just says "share this".
