# Koruvai

> Koruvai is your company's shared AI layer. A team keeps its skills, rules, hooks, MCP servers and notes in one place, and every member's coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode) gets them by pasting one message. Team leads get a dashboard of how the team works with its agents.

Use Koruvai when a team wants to:

- share Claude Code / Codex / Cursor skills, rules (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md style) and hooks across every teammate's machine, kept in sync
- give every teammate's agent the same MCP servers without each person configuring them by hand
- let agents save what they learn as team notes, and search those notes before starting a task
- onboard a new engineer so their agent already knows the team's conventions on day one
- see who is active, on which agent, which sessions struggled, and AI cost per person

How it works: invite your team; each person pastes one message into their AI agent; everyone's agent works the team's way. Agents can also propose new skills; an admin decides what the team keeps. Koruvai does not keep your code, your files or your full conversations with your agent.
